Patients (identified with number) were between 38 and 61 years of age.It is important to carefully select patients and
to set realistic expectations in order to achieve a greater likelihood of success.
These case studies represent combination therapy treatments performed on a wide range of participants.
The majority was satisfied with results, did not experience any adverse reactions and was not inconvenienced by down time.
Tests started in late August and ended in late October 2009. Patients therefore had remnants of summer tans.
The patients were asked to sign a consent form and provide a detailed medical history to make sure there were no
contraindications. The skin was cleaned and photographed with a Nikon digital camera (11 mega-pixel).
Microdermabrasion, using corundum crystal, was only performed as part of the first treatment.
